Masters of Real Estate Finance and Investment(MREIF)

+A holder of at least a Second Class (Upper Division) honours, Bachelor’s degree of TU-K; or equivalent from another university recognized by the Senate. +A holder of a Second Class (Lower Division) honours Bachelor’s degree of TU-K, or equivalent from another university recognized by Senate with at least two (2) years of relevant industry experience. +A candidate who has obtained a degree or equivalent qualification from other institutions recognized by Postgraduate Studies Committee (PSC) and Senate as of comparable academics status.

Doctor of Philosophy in Real Estate

+Holders of a Master’s in Real Estate investment and Finance; Valuation and Property Management, Urban Design and Planning +Holder of any other relevant master’s degree of Technical University of Kenya +Holder of a relevant master’s degree from other institution accepted and recognised by Senate.

Work as: +Lead researchers and professionals in real property sector- banks, real property investments and industry for national and county governments, research oriented institutions amongst others. +Contribute to debates in the built environment field in international fora. +Design models and drive innovation to address emerging myriad and complex problems.
